Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me so I work hard to ensure any product you buy from my store arrives on time and in perfect condition but if in the unlikely event a product you buy from me is either damaged or does not arrive I will do my very best to rectify the situation.

If a product bought from my store does not arrive:

  • Please contact me via the contact form at the top of my page or click here.

  • I will investigate with the logistics company to locate the order and have it delivered asap.

  • If it becomes clear during my investigation that the order will not arrive in good time, I will organise a new order straight away or if requested, provide a refund.

If a product arrives damaged:

  • Please contact me via the contact form at the top of my page or click here.

  • I will contact you to either confirm damage or arrange collection.

  • Once confirmed, I will organise a replacement straight away or if requested, provide a refund.

  • Damaged ordered must be declared to me within 15 days of delivery. Any damaged orders declared after this time will be refunded/replaced at my discretion.
